Ugly on the Inside

We've been taught not to judge by what's on the outside, it's what's on the inside that counts.

So, for instance, if your lawn doesn't look good so good because your service people rush through the job, maybe you can look past that.

But when you look inside that company, and you find out why...

"BigLawn" companies have always paid their service people on commission based on their weekly billings - so the more lawns they do, the more money they make. That's what we call ugly on the inside.

At Natural Choice Lawn & Tree Care, LLC, there are no quotas, and all employees are paid by the hour, so the longer they take, the more they get paid. On average, we do only about eight lawns per person per day. Compared to almost double that by "BigLawn".
